Abstract
Mesenchymal benign tumors of the urinary bladder are rare and account for 1~5% of all bladder tumors. The leiomyoma is the most common tumor in this group. Leiomyoma of bladder is asymptomatic in most of the cases. 61-year-old female patient presented microscopic hematuria on routine medical examination without voiding symptom. In intravenous urogram, ultrasound and cystoscopy a small mass was found in the left lateral aspect of the urinary bladder. The round
tumor was totally enucleated endoscopically pulling through with transurethral resectoin (TUR) loop, which was very easy and safe.
